The Trust has been established for the benefit of the general public of all strata and the charitable objects mentioned shall not be limited or restricted to any particular religion, caste or creed; and will not involve any element of profit making. No part of the Trust Estate or Trust Income shall inure to or shall be payable to or be used for the benefit of any private shareholder or individual, whose substantial part of the activities relate to carrying on propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation; and which participates in or intervenes in (including the publishing or distributing of statements) any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office. No part of the Trust Estate or Trust Income or shall be distributed to the GOI, or to any state or local government, for a public purpose.
