1.AMS officer

Role Title AMS officer
Experience & Qualification
  • He /She should have a significant experience as a business analyst and solution architect
    with IBM Maximo and overall experience of 5 years in Asset Management Systems.
  • Should be a qualified Engineering Graduate
Roles & Responsibilities AMS Officer is in charge of implementation and operations of the IBM Maximo AMS solution used by
Keolis

  • Defines detailed functional requirements and procedures for AMS in coordination with
    Operation, Maintenance and Finance departments
  • Discusses and share requirements with Solution Provider (SP) for implementation and review
    the proposal and provide comments
  • Provides and coordinates Keolis Hyderabad inputs for efficient AMS implementation & Monitors
    SP progress and reports
  • Participates to testing and commissioning of the solution
  • Alerts his management in case of any risk on the project (planning & functional)
  • Liaises with Keolis AMS experts for additional support and expertise
  • Facilitates support team for interfaces with other applications (like SAP).
  • Reviews and build AMS training material
  • Is in charge of additional functional developments of the application in case of new
    equipment or processes (populate the database with new equipment, users…)
  • Monitors the proper performance and backup of the AMS system and provide corrective actions
    if required
  • Liaise with Keolis team to keep them aware of latest changes in AMS
  • Monitors the proper functioning of interfaces between AMS and other IT solutions (ERP) and
    provide corrective actions if required
  • Liaise regularly with Keolis AMS experts for best practises, benchmarks and knowledge
    transfer across Keolis networks
  • AMS Officer is responsible for the specification of the upgrade of functionalities and data
    in Maximo, as such he:
  • Collects all requests from the use and follow a process to select future functionalities
  • Carry out all the same responsibilities as for the development and ensure that they come
    live after been duly tested and approved, as per process

2.Signalling Team Leader

Role Title Signalling Team Leader
Experience & Qualification
  • At least 4 to 8 years’ experience as a Diploma engineer in respective SIG/COM/AFC
    maintenance.
  • Should be a qualified Diploma/Graduate Engineer – Electronics/Electrical/Communication.
Roles & Responsibilities Team leader is responsible for THE delivery of the respective system-SIG/ COM/ AFC in an operational
state, able to ensure commercial service.As such, is in charge of:

  • The day-to-day organization of the maintenance tasks during his shifts:
  • Ensuring preventive maintenance as per laid down guidelines and schedules of
  • maintenance.
  • Organization of a permanent, immediate, and efficient response in case of a major event
  • due to the respective SIG/COM/AFC System.
  • Maintenance works compliance:
  • Adherence to maintenance standards
  • Monitors staff skills and safety procedures respect.
  • Ensuring availability of as built drawings and technical documents.
  • Coordinating with the station/Depot/OCC operation staff with regard to maintenance of
    SIG/COM/AFC assets.
  • Organization of collection of technical facts aiming to raise issues to the engineering team
    and
  • or the SIG/COM/AFC supplier (during the DLP).
  • Organization of collection of needed resources assessments aiming budget construction.
  • Support processes procedures respect.
  • Guiding his staff in regard to knowledge enhancement through classroom and on job training
    as per requirement.
  • Key personnel in information transmittal process.
Key Skills
  • Fresh Graduate Engineer in relevant engineering would also be considered.
  • Experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Able to plan and organise work of self and others.
  • Competent verbal and written communicator.
  • Analytical ability.

3.Rolling Stock Team Leader

Role Title Rolling Stock Team Leader
Experience & Qualification
  • Should be a qualified Diploma / Graduate Engineer – Mechanical / Electrical /Electronics.
  • At least 4-8 years’ experience as a Degree/Diploma engineer in the field of
    Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance. Knowledge of working in a technically – based rail/metro or industrial environment.
Roles & Responsibilities Rolling Stock Team leader is responsible for the maintenance of rolling stock in an
operational state, able to ensure commercial service.
As such, is in charge of:The day-to-day organization of the maintenance tasks during his shifts:

  • Ensuring preventive maintenance of rolling stock and depot equipment as
  • per laid down guidelines and schedules of maintenance.
  • Organization of a permanent, immediate, and efficient response in case of a
  • major event due to the respective Rolling stock system.
    • Mechanical /Electrical & Electronics functions servicing
    • Wheel machining of rolling stock and depot equipment if any
    • Involving in Re railing activities.
    • Major components exchange
    • According to planning requirements and its evolutions due to the operational needs:
  • Allocating the workload through the various teams
  • Arbitrating if necessary
  • Maintenance works compliance:
  • Adherence to maintenance standards
  • Monitors staff skills and safety procedures respect.
  • Ensuring availability of as built drawings and technical documents.
  • Coordinating with rolling stock manager with regard to maintenance of
  • Rolling stock assets.
  • Organization of collection of technical facts aiming to raise issues to the engineering team
  • and or the Rolling stock supplier (during the DLP).
  • Organization of collection of needed resources assessments aiming budget construction.
  • Support processes procedures respect.
  • Guiding his staff in regard to knowledge enhancement through classroom and on job training
    as per requirement.
  • Key personnel in information transmittal process.
Key Skills High level Fresh Graduate Engineer in relevant engineering would also be considered.

  • Experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Able to plan and organise work of self and others.

4.Tracks Team Leader

Role Title Team Leader Tracks
Experience & Qualification
  • At least 4 years of Post qualification experience as a BE/BTech or 4-7 Years of experience as Diploma engineer in the field of Track maintenance.
  • Should be a qualified Diploma/Graduate Engineer – Civil/ Mechanical.
Roles & Responsibilities Team leader is responsible for the delivery of the track system in an operational state, able to ensure commercial service. As such, He is in charge of:
• The day-to-day organization of the maintenance tasks during his shifts:

  • Ensuring preventive maintenance as
  • per laid down guidelines and schedules of maintenance.
  • Organization of a permanent, immediate, and efficient response in case of a
  • major event due to the Track system.
    • Maintenance works compliance:
    • Adherence to maintenance standards
    • Monitors staff skills and safety procedures respect.
    • Ensuring availability of as built drawings and technical documents.
    • Coordinating with the station/Depot/OCC operation staff with regard to maintenance of Track assets.
  • Organization of collection of technical facts aiming to raise issues to the engineering team and / or the Track Work supplier (during the DLP).
  • Organization of collection of needed resources assessments aiming budget construction.
  • Support processes procedures respect.
  • Guiding his staff in regard to knowledge enhancement through classroom and on job training as per requirement.
  • Key personnel in information transmittal process.
Key Skills High level Fresh Graduate Engineer in relevant engineering would also be considered.
