Purchase Officer

Roles & Responsibilities Purchase Officer Accountability for all purchasing activities in SCM Division – Receipt of PRs,

Roles & Responsibilities The position provides, oversee and monitor applicability of KHMRTS Safety Processes and activities
proactively as well as reactively among all divisions.in the organisations

  • Monitor Safety assurance activities/processes applicability within the organisation to

Behaviour Training Officer

Role Title Behaviour Training Officer
Experience & Qualification
  • At least between 4 to 8 years of experience as a trainer & content developer

Roles & Responsibilities The Trainer prepares, provides, and oversees technical training for new hire and incumbent Keolis
employees to perform job duties safely and in accordance with the RTC and Keolis.

  • Administers and directs the Trainer Certification Program and required training to all
    divisions’ employees.
  • Conducts operators (Train operators, Stations controllers…) licensing safety instruction.
  • Directs retraining, refresher, and post-accident training processes.
  • Supervises the collection and maintenance of auditable training records and reports required
    to document training program activities.
  • Creates and maintains training tools on all employees.
  • Maintains a complete training reference library for Training Department.
  • Oversees the training and all required safety orientation for operations & maintenance
    personnel.
  • Designs training aids, prepares technical materials, tests, handouts, and lesson plans for

Roles & Responsibilities AMS Officer is in charge of implementation and operations of the IBM Maximo AMS solution used by
Keolis

  • Defines detailed functional requirements and procedures for AMS in coordination with
    Operation, Maintenance and Finance departments
  • Discusses and share requirements with Solution Provider (SP) for implementation and review
    the proposal and provide comments
  • Provides and coordinates Keolis Hyderabad inputs for efficient AMS implementation & Monitors
    SP progress and reports

Role Title Tracks Team Leader
Experience & Qualification
  • Should be a qualified ITI / Diploma /Engineer – Civil / Mechanical
  • At least 5+ / 2+ years’ experience as an ITI holder / Diploma holder in the field of Civil /
    Mechanical or Tracks Maintenance. Knowledge of working in a technically based rail / metro
    or industrial environment is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities Tracks – Maintainer is responsible for the maintenance of tracks in an operational state, able to
ensure commercial service.
As such, he is in charge of :

  • Day-to-day organizing of materials from stores and performing the maintenance task during
    his shifts
  • Ensuring preventive maintenance and regular servicing of track assets as per laid down
    guidelines and schedule of maintenance.
  • Responsible for immediate and efficient handling in case of any major event that affects
    train Operation (for example : Rail / weld failure or any other incident which affects the
    train operation).
  • Maintenance works snag attention and subsequent compliance and maintain the records as per
    the directions of the TLs.

  • Knowledge on safe working procedure of track maintenance, Operation and maintenance of motor
